ORGANIC EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL


A range of extra virgin olive oils produced from organic farming, characterised by extremely low peroxide and acidity levels, with a high polyphenol content thanks to timely harvesting.


Cold pressing at low temperatures on the same day as harvesting, carried out in our two-phase mini-mill, prevents potential contamination from unknown batches of olives and degradation of the fruit.


The result: exceptionally high-quality olive oils.

LECCINO


A well-balanced oil with a fresh aroma, slightly bitter taste, and a subtle fruity note, complemented by a mild spiciness. This generally delicate oil pairs beautifully with fish-based dishes.

FRANTOIO


A very fresh oil with an initial deep green colour, featuring prominent vegetal notes, intensely fruity aromas, and hints of fresh grass, artichoke, and green almond. The resulting extra virgin olive oil is of outstanding quality—refined, aromatic, savoury, and fruity.

MORAIOLO


With a clear appearance, medium fluidity, and a green hue, this oil offers balsamic, almost menthol-like notes reminiscent of nettle, finishing with a touch of black pepper. The taste is notably spicy, with hints of bay leaf, thistle, medicinal herbs, and a strong yet elegant herbal character. Moraiolo is a variety renowned for its exceptional quality.

MULTIVARIETALE


A sweetly fruity oil with almond notes on the palate, mild bitter undertones, and a pleasantly spicy finish. The Multivarietal blend brings together different olive varieties, creating a harmonious taste that captures the traditional flavours and aromas of the olive oils from the Lucchese hills.
